Philosophy
At Creative Beginnings Learning Center, Inc., we understand that choosing the right preschool for your child is an important decision. As a parent, you want to feel confident that the preschool you choose is based on learning, yet recognizes the importance of play. Our program has been designed to be an extension of the home environment. We promote growth in the areas of intellectual, physical, social and emotional development.
Creative Beginnings Learning Center, Inc.’s curriculum is founded on the simple theory that children learn best by doing. Children are encouraged to explore, experiment and express themselves. We promote creativity, language development, self-discipline, good health habits, sharing, social and emotional development as well as readiness skills.
Creative Beginnings Learning Center, Inc., is committed to providing an educational yet fun place where children can learn and develop through hands-on and minds-on activities. Our curriculum reflects innovations in early childhood development by providing the latest educational equipment and materials and updating our classroom environments.
Our early childhood experts have designed lesson plans using the Creative Curriculum. Teachers provide the children with the skills they need for success in school, yet are flexible enough to meet the needs and personality of each child. The classrooms are divided into centers. Each area is clearly defined and invites the children to enter into an arena of knowledge and exploration. The children learn to express their creativity in the Art and Language Art Centers and to discover hands-on concepts in nature in the Science Center. They are encouraged to express themselves in our Dramatic Play Centers and to learn to use their imagination.
Most importantly, we believe in working together with the parents to help their children become confident and curious learners. We believe in providing the children with a constant sense of safety and security when they are away from their parents.
We hope to inspire the wonder of learning in young children and lay the foundations for lifelong success in school.
